However Gwen was no regular Sandy and in a nod to the spooky holiday had a fake, dripping bullet hole on the side of her head and a gash on her neck.

Band mate and ex-boyfriend Tony Kanal was dressed as the film's leading man and both added a sprinkle of classic No Doubt edge to their costumes.
Mother-of-two Gwen vamped up the iconic black skintight get-up from the film's final scenes by adding a cropped shirt - perfect for showing off her enviably toned midriff.
She also added a pink leather 'Pink Ladies' jacket and swapped the original Sandra D's red heels for black stiletto Louboutins.

Kanal, 42, who was in a relationship with Gwen when No Doubt was just starting out, kept it more classic with black jeans and a white T-shirt and leather jacket combo - but his bleached blonde hair was quiffed Danny Zuko style and he also had fake blood on the side of his face. .

The 30-year-old posted a picture of herself on her Twitter page also dressed as the Grease star.
Her long blonde hair was teased into a convincing replica of the character's and she pouted for the camera with blood-red lips.

While she wasn't in costume at that point little Zuma looked cute as a Star Wars Stormtrooper.
