The time of her life! Rachel Bilson and Michael Strahan recreate iconic Dirty Dancing lift on live TV

Anything can happen on live TV but Rachel Bilson was certainly in for a surprise on Monday when she appeared on Kelly and Michael Live.
The former NFL Giants player decided that he and his guest should recreate the iconic dance scene from Dirty Dancing in which Jennifer Grey is lifted into the air by Patrick Swayze.
The OC actress was clearly nervous as she prepared for the acrobatic move but the 6 ft 5in, 275 lb defensive end lifted her with no trouble at all.

The stylish star, who recently launched her own line of shoes for ladies with small feet, even pulled off the maneuver in a pair of four inch stilettos.
The 31-year-old actress was appearing on the show to promote the second season of her CW series Hart of Dixie which returns for its second season this month.
The melodrama centers around new doctor Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson) who unexpectedly sets up a practice in a colorful small town in Alabama’s Gulf Coast .

'There's definitely going to be a lot of love triangle action,' Bilson told NBC Chicago recently.
The actress also said she has enjoyed discovering who Zoe is over the course of the first season.
'She's really fun because she's true to herself – she just is a mess, though,' Rachel said, 'And she's clumsy. I get to do a lot of the physical comedy this year. I fall a lot. No practice – I just go home bruised and that's that.'
