Flower girl dresses need not be traditional white and fluffy

Tradition has had it in American

culture for decades the standerd flower girl dress uniform. Usually this will be a satin, taffeta, or organza white dress with a fat oversized sash colored with the theme of the bridesmaids dresses. This works well for expensive childrens wear since the sash is usually removable and can be switched out with another color. This allows the girl to wear the dress a second time with a whole new look.
Recently, however, we have seen a new trend in fashion. Happy to say, the old plain white dress is out and sparkle sequin and bright colors are in. We are seeing these beautiful tropical calypso colors in carnival themed weddings. We are seeing rich silver and golds with a glamorous shimmer. Even styles a little more grown up and pageant like are making an appearance.

The cc106 Wanda Dress has been a smashing popular style this season. Currently available in Red and Black, Turquoise and Lime, Purple, Silver, Gold, and Bright Pink. This has been one of the most popular styles that screams.

This style
flower girl dress  is completey new to the wedding theme this season. We have seen these dresses out the door non stop and not just for flower girls. Since they come upto size 14, the beloved junior bridesmaids are able to find their size. The great style is grown up enough for the tweens to feel pretty and not babyish in this modern style.
